We do our part for the environment through targeted initiatives.
Mitigating our climate impact is a strategic priority. Alongside this commitment, we pursue a more responsible and efficient use of resources, adopting models and practices that promote circularity.
We aim to reduce our climate impact.
This is why we monitor and progressively lower CO₂ emissions across our entire value chain: from the direct emissions generated by our operations, to those linked to the energy we use, up to the emissions produced throughout the supply chain.
We plan the efficient use of resources and minimize waste through circular‑economy practices.
We are increasingly shifting traffic onto 5G, generating significant energy‑consumption efficiencies.
We have established processes that extend the useful life of assets and reduce waste through the reuse and recycling of materials.
We select, refurbish, and resell hardware resulting from network transformation and modernization. We recover and refurbish smartphones and modems returned by customers, as well as PCs, monitors, and phones previously used by employees, and, where possible, give them a second life within the company. Devices that remain in working condition but cannot be reused internally are donated to qualified non‑profit organizations.
We have reduced paper waste by digitizing business activities, customer communications, and the signing of contracts across our 4,000 retail stores.
In 2025, the waste generated by the Group decreased by 25% compared to the previous year, and about 97% was sent for recovery.
