People

With our people, 17,765 colleagues in Italy and 9,123 in Brazil at the end of 2025, we lead the transformation of the telecom sector with courage.

People are at the center of our decisions: we invest in skills development, promote gender equality and are committed to the ethical use of Artificial Intelligence. Our social commitment extends beyond the company: we promote responsible digital use among younger generations and, through our foundations, support initiatives that create value for communities.

People

In Italy, we are investing in new talent to sustain high performance levels and support the evolution of our offering.

In Brazil, we are strengthening digital skills through a training plan that will cover 90% of employees by 2027.

Our corporate welfare includes initiatives for employee health and well‑being, economic empowerment and family support.

Our inclusion policies embrace every aspect of diversity: sexual orientation, physical ability, ethnicity and religious beliefs.

Gender equality

Our Group already has a balanced gender distribution (50/50), but we continue to work to reduce both the role gap and the pay gap.

This is why we are transforming our recruitment, development and career‑progression processes. Each year, we hire at least 50% high‑skilled female talents, and we aim to reach 35% women in managerial roles by 2027.

Artificial Intelligence

For us, AI is a transformational lever that must be responsibly governed.

We use Artificial Intelligence to improve operational efficiency, service quality and execution speed, and to create new opportunities across all areas of the company, from network management to process automation, from marketing to customer relations. We also deploy AI to reduce energy consumption and strengthen fraud prevention.

To ensure that this transformation benefits all our people, we invest in internal training paths ranging from basic literacy to advanced specialization in technologies, programming languages and prompting techniques, together with managerial skills needed to guide AI adoption in processes.

In 2025, more than 11,000 colleagues took part in AI training through online courses, webinars and in‑person sessions.

TIM AI Voices e #RompiLaBolla, digital culture beyond corporate boundaries

We encourage in depth exploration and dialogue on Artificial Intelligence and digital topics through initiatives open to everyone. One example is the TIM AI Voices podcast, available on Spotify, which showcases real world AI applications and examines their opportunities and implications.

With #RompiLaBolla we speak in particular to younger generations, and through short videos and meetings with high school students we promote critical thinking and awareness in the use of digital technologies.

Third sector

We support social‑impact projects through contributions to non‑profit organizations.

Through Fondazione TIM in Italy and Instituto TIM in Brazil, we select and finance projects every year in areas of strong social relevance such as health, research and the inclusion of vulnerable individuals.

In 2025, Fondazione TIM allocated €1.5 million, and Instituto TIM provided 1 million reais.
