Internsgopro is an international association that aims to promote the employment of young people and ensure that internships are in line with quality standards. A tool to help students develop the necessary skills required at work, giving visibility, through certification, to companies that promote quality courses.
The award, supported by the European Commission and designed with 25 organizations, is based on adherence to 6 criteria and 23 quality indicators, including
- remuneration;
- contractual transparency in accordance with national law;
- learning projct assisted by a tutor;
- organizational culture;
- career development and employment.
These are only some of the points, to which TIM is committed, to ensure greater transparency and quality of the workforce at European level.
