Milan, 4 October 2016 - The company announces that the following documents have been filed with the Business register the project for the merger by incorporation into TIM S.p.A. of wholly owned subsidiary Telecom Italia Information Technology S.r.l. (registered office in Viale Parco dei Medici n. 61, Rome, share capital subscribed and paid in pursuant to the company bylaws of euro 3.400.000, tax code and registration number in the Rome Business Register 07578860152).

Pursuant to Article 12 of the Bylaws of TIM S.p.A., the merger decision will be taken by the Board of Directors of the Company, in compliance with the conditions and terms indicated in Article 2505 of the Italian Civil Code.

The documentation regarding the merger operation (the merger project, statements of assets and liabilities and financial statements for the last three financial years of the company being incorporated and the incorporating company) are available to the public at the registered office of the Company and on the Company website http://www.telecomitalia.com/tit/it/investors/investments-divestments/corporate_operations.html
