The ongoing digital transformation increasingly needs professionals who are able to seize the opportunities arising from innovation and who know how to interpret and adapt the role of the company in which they work in a constantly evolving economic and social context.
The "Flex MBA in The Digital Age" proposed by TIM together with Luiss Business School and Nokia responds precisely to these needs by promoting the personal and professional growth of those enrolled on innovation issues, from digital transformation to the use of cutting-edge technologies in the company, through the development of an entrepreneurial mindset and a new managerial culture.
The degree consists of 21 courses taught entirely in English and the activities will take place both face-to-face and online (synchronous and asynchronous), thus enabling participants to reconcile study and work activities. It will also feature experiential learning through Skill Labs, Project Works, video pills, business cases and coaching programmes.
The Degree's teaching team, which is equivalent to a Level I Specialization course under the Italian university system, is composed of professionals from TIM, Nokia and Luiss Business School and provides students with 60 ECTS - European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System.
Flex MBA, dedicated to professionals and entrepreneurs, is one of the paths of the Management Academy - one of TIM's Academies - dedicated to high-level training in partnership with important industrial and academic partners.
There is time until 1 September to register and classes will start on 14 September.
