Inclusivity is one of TIM’s main values, and once again this year we are working with Global Inclusion, the network of companies, third sector associations and universities committed to promoting a new model of inclusive leadership and the principles of fairness expressed in Art. 3 of the Italian Constitution.
The inaugural event of the 2021 Global Inclusion season will be streamed at 5:30 p.m. on 15 September. One of the key players will be Andrea Rubera, Diversity & Inclusion Manager at TIM, who will speak on the Diversity & Inclusion programmes the company will introduce in the 2021 edition of #4Weeks4Inclusion, the marathon of over 180 companies that have decided to create a network for promoting diversity and inclusivity.
On 30 September, you will have the chance to put yourselves to the test with TIM Inclusion-thon “The company I would like to see: from Trieste on down”, a hackathon open to the younger generations — under 27 — open also to children and young relatives of TIM employees. The younger generations are on the leading edge of change, and we turn to them to find out what they expect in terms of inclusion in the workplace. In teams, participants will be able to creatively define the characteristics of an inclusive future workplace, with the ability to develop the uniqueness of each one.
Registration is open on the Global Inclusion website until all the 150 available spots are filled.
The “2021 Global Inclusion Graduation Thesis Award Competition” is dedicated to young graduates and will give scholarships (please see the announcement) to the best degree theses that give innovative perspectives on the adoption of diversity management, equality and inclusion strategies at companies.
