Telecom Italia announces that the Shareholders Meeting, called in order to resolve upon the adoption of Shareholder Meeting procedural rules as well as to approve the break-up of Stet International S.p.A. and the assignment of its assets to Telecom Italia and Tim, will take place on first call on October 20th and a second on October 23rd 2000.
