The Telecom Italia Group’s reorganization of its ITM-BU continues
Focus on holdings that guarantee its control of industrial activities
Finsiel (Telecom Italia Group) signed an agreement today with Deltador (Sequenza Group) to transfer its 40.41% holding in Informatica Trentina.
The sale price for 8,081 shares amounts to around 8.7 million euros at closing and surplus revenues in Telecom’s consolidated balance sheet of 4 million euros.
The agreement is part of the reorganization of the Information Technology Market Business Unit of the Telecom Italia Group. The sale of its minority stake in Informatica Trentina, confirms the aim of the IT Market BU to focus its energies and skills on stakes that ensure control of industrial activities.
Today’s agreement also provides for collaboration between the Sequenza Group and Finsiel on common projects in the areas of Public Administration and Credit.
The operation is subject to the approval of the Board of Directors of Informatica Trentina.
