Finsiel, the Telecom Italia Group Information Technology Market Business Unit, announces that today saw the closing of operation for the sale of Consiel to World Investment Partners SA, the Belgian financial holding company present in Italy through Allaxia S.p.A. and Alterego Communication.
As already announced on the 2 August 2002 the price of the sale of 100% of Consiel is equal to approximately 1 million euros.
