The transaction was approved on 4 April 2005 by the companies’ Boards of Directors
Following the approval by the Boards of Directors of Telecom Italia and Telecom Italia Media on 4 April 2004 and under the terms announced to the market on that date, the transfer to Telecom Italia of Telecom Italia Media’s internet activities (Virgilio and Tin.it) was finalized today.
