With regard to the contents of the article entitled “Interessi Immobiliari” signed by Giovanni Pons in today’s edition of La Repubblica, Telecom Italia wishes to make clear that the agreement with Gamma Re (51% Morgan Stanley, 49% Pirelli Re) for the sale of 10% of the Tecla fund specified that the sale be made at the price paid for each unit in the PTO, as stated in the prospectus. As of today, the PTO price is set, as is known, at 690 euro for each unit of the Tecla fund.
