The Company announces that today Pasquale Pistorio, Carlo Buora and Riccardo Ruggiero tendered their resignations from the respective roles of Chairman of the Board, Deputy Chairman of the Board, and Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Telecom Italia S.p.A. This will be effective from the date of the next board meeting.
In relation to the above, a meeting of the Board of Directors has been called for 3 December 2007 to take the consequent decisions.
