Telecom Italia announces the Nomination and Remuneration Committee has been called on to manage the succession process launched this morning when the resignation of the Chief Executive Officer came into effect.
Pursuant to the Company's specific plan (amended in 2015), the Committee is called on to submit a non-binding recommendation to the Board of Directors, which will then define the procedure for interviewing the candidates deemed most suitable.
