With reference to articles appeared on media, TIM informs that it notified according to art. 2 of the “Golden Power” decree with the sole purpose of staying aligned with the decision of “Presidenza del Consiglio dei Ministri” taken on September 28, 2017. Neither new event from previous press releases nor developments in the administrative procedure in front of the Government occurred.
The Company, accordingly confirms that no notification was due and, in keeping with its interests, will continue to assert its arguments before the competent courts.
