With reference to the agreement signed with the labour unions last Thursday, TIM points out that the Group has not envisaged any redundancies and that the exits will all be voluntary and potentially amount to 2,200 colleagues over the two-year period 2022-23. In addition to these, there are about 1,200 voluntary early retirements provided for in the agreement signed in June that regulates retirements by seniority.
Finally, the company reiterates that there are no plans to initiate any staff reduction procedures and that any agreed exit will be exclusively voluntary.
