The Shareholders' meeting of Sparkle met today to approve the 2023 financial statements and to renew the Board of Directors, appointing Alessandro Pansa as Chairman.
The new Board, composed of seven members with a 40% female representation, met today for the first time following the Shareholders' meeting and confirmed Enrico Maria Bagnasco as Chief Executive Officer.
