In the ranking of companies that have distinguished themselves on diversity and inclusion issues, TIM is among the world's leaders and ranks in the Top 25 most virtuous companies, as the world's first telecom company, with TIM SA (Brazil) in fourth place and TIM in 24th place.

Our concrete commitment to diversity and inclusion is recognised by the Refinitiv Diversity and Inclusion Index for the activities carried out in the areas of people development and diversity, inclusion, communication and sustainability, as defined by the business plan, ESG targets and the Human Resources and Equal Opportunities Policy, recently approved by TIM's Gender Equality Steering Committee.

We at TIM have been working for almost 15 years to develop the Diversity & Inclusion programme and we believe that inclusion is not only an ethical value but also a performance driver for the company, closely related to the engagement and satisfaction of our people.
It is a programme includes initiatives for a great many people, like 4 Weeks 4 Inclusion, the marathon in which TIM involves over 300 companies in four weeks of international events, as well as Disability Management programmes to fully integrate people with disabilities, the Longevity Program to fight age discrimination, and the LGBTQ+ Management project under which we have broaden our concept of family.
One of our primary goals is to reach 29% of women in positions of responsibility by 2025, as defined by the new Code of Ethics and Charter of Values, which assigns a fundamental role to inclusion as one of the guiding principles of corporate behaviour.
The Women Empowerment project also focuses on women and aims to overcome the gender gap by acting on reducing gender bias, promoting shared family and parental roles, empowering women to facilitate their career development, with targets for management on reducing the pay gap.

The analysis by Refinitiv, a London Stock Exchange Group company and one of the world's leading providers of financial research and data, is based on financial statements, financial reports, press news, websites and analyses 24 parameters related to diversity, inclusion, people development and dispute management.
