NETikos Finland Oy – company of the NETikos group specialized in services, solutions and products for the Mobile Internet – acquired Finnish company Entirem Oy.
Entirem recorded €1.2 mil. of sales in 2001, boasts major client such as Sonera and Telia and has a staff of 15 professionals specialized in wireless solutions.
NETikos improves his presence in the Finnish Mobile Valley and completes its value chain with the possibility to offer professional services and a wider portfolio in the Scandinavian market, in the Baltic region and in Poland. These geographical areas have a population of 70 mil. among which 32 mil. are mobile users.
Thanks to this acquisition NETikos portfolio is enriched by application for Wireless Brokerage (eQ Online was the world’s first application of that kind!), for Press Review (News Loader it’s a service that allows downloading and offline reading of a press review), for mobile device Display Personalization (Dynamic Weather Logo allows to have updated meteorological data) and some other applications. NETikos keeps thus developing its strategy of targeted internationalisation.
