TIM, new group organization launched

Nicola Grassi and Carlo Nardello leave the Company

TIM announces the new Group organization and informs that Nicola Grassi, Chief Technology & Operations Officer, and Carlo Nardello, Chief Strategy, Business Development & Transformation Officer, leave the Company.

The Chief Technology & Operations Officer function merges into the new Chief Network, Operations & Wholesale Office function assigned to Stefano Siragusa who assumes the role of Deputy of the General Manager.

The new Strategy & Business Development function was assigned ad interim to Claudio Ongaro.

The Chief Consumer, Small & Medium Market Office function, assigned ad interim to Pietro Labriola, the Chief Enterprise Market Office function, assigned to Massimo Mancini and the Brand Strategy & Commercial Communication function, assigned ad interim to Sandra Aitala, were created.

The Procurement function was entrusted ad interim to Simone De Rose, while Paolo Chiriotti, reporting directly to the General Manager, is the reference person for the management of business transformation projects.

The company’s thanks go to Mr Grassi and Mr Nardello for their significant managerial contribution they have made in recent years within the Group, together with their best wishes for upcoming professional challenges.

Grassi holds 260,000 ordinary shares and Nardello of 426,616 ordinary shares in TIM.

They will receive severance indemnity in accordance with the remuneration policy approved by the Shareholders' Meeting on 31 March 2021; the assignment is therefore classified as an excluded related party transaction in accordance with the specific Consob Regulation.
